We are a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation committed to developing and rehabilitating affordable housing for the Topeka community.

We are actively looking for opportunities in the Topeka area. Through the acquisition of land we can develop properties into multi-family housing communities that meet the needs of the future residents and at the same time add value and benefit to the City of Topeka.
